DESCRIPTION
The FC-3 B-5 Edition is the flagship model of the Fosse Controllers drawbar MIDI controllers—handcrafted and designed specifically for use with the B-5 organ software from Acoustic Samples:

All drawbars, potentiometers, and switches are pre-programmed to work seamlessly with B-5. No mapping required—just plug and play!

Combined with the B-5 software, a MIDI keyboard, and an audio interface, the FC-3 offers an affordable and highly portable alternative to a classic tonewheel organ—ideal for both studio production and live performance. It’s compact enough to bring to gigs (especially in the optional flight case) and connects easily to any MIDI keyboard or stage piano using the included MIDI cable.

The FC-3 is hand-built with durable, high-quality materials. The front panel is made of aluminum with laser-printed text and symbols, while the side panels are crafted from solid cherry wood. Its internal electronics are based on the Arduino Uno—a robust, open-source microcontroller board.

Note: The FC-3 does not support USB MIDI. It connects to your system via standard 5-pin DIN MIDI—either directly to a MIDI interface, or through the MIDI input of a keyboard/stage piano that connects via USB to your computer or iPad.

Although optimized for B-5, the FC-3 can also be used with other virtual organ software via MIDI-learn. However, full compatibility across all controls cannot be guaranteed due to variations in MIDI implementation (e.g., drawbar inversions, switch behavior, or CC values).

ORDERING & PRODUCTION
Each controller is made to order. Please allow at least 3–4 weeks for production, depending on part availability and current workload. There is currently a waiting list, so it may take a few months before production can begin.
